CHAIR  GARY STEVENS  called the  SENATE COMMITTEE  ON COMMITTEES                                                              
meeting to order  at 1:56 p.m. All senators were  present at the                                                                
call to order.                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR ELLIS  moved to report  the issue of  appointing Senator                                                                
Coghill to replace Senator Therriault as  a member of the Senate                                                                
Judiciary Committee to the full Senate for its consideration.

CHAIR STEVENS found  no objections and said  that with unanimous                                                                
consent  the  issue  of  Senator Coghill's  appointment  to  the                                                                
Judiciary Committee  was moved  from  committee. There  being no                                                                
further business to come before  the committee, he adjourned the                                                                
meeting at 2:08 p.m.
