CHAIR  GARY STEVENS  called the  Senate  Committee on  Committees                                                             
meeting to  order at 12:05 a.m.  All members were present  at the

SENATOR  STEVENS said  the Committee  on Committees  had met  and                                                               
submits   the   following  changes   to   the   Senate  for   its                                                               
consideration: Senators Meyer and Thomas  are added as members to                                                               
the Education  Committee where they  are both named  as co-chairs                                                               
of that  committee; Senator  Egan replaces  Senator Elton  on the                                                               
both  the  Finance Committee  and  the  Judiciary Committee;  and                                                               
Senator Ellis replaces Senator Elton on the Rules committee.

SENATOR ELLIS moved to adopt the Committee on Committees report                                                                 
as read. A vote was taken; all members said "aye"; therefore the                                                                
motion carried.

Chair Stevens adjourned the meeting at 12:06:45 p.m.
