 Senate President Drue Pearce called the Committee on Committees               
 meeting to order at 11:15 a.m. and noted the presence of Senator              
 Miller, Senator Halford, Senator Duncan and Senator Donley.  The              
 purpose of the meeting was consideration of an amendment to the               
 Committee on Committees Report adopted on January 16, 1995.                   
                                                                               
 Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that Senator Fred           
 Zharoff replace Senator Al Adams on the Senate Community & Regional           
 Affairs Committee and Senator Al Adams replace Senator Fred Zharoff           
 on the Senate Transportation Committee.  Hearing no objection, the            
 amendment was adopted.                                                        
                                                                               
 There being no further business to come before the committee, the             
 meeting was adjourned at 11:16 a.m.
