  Senator  Halford  called  the meeting  of  the  Committee on                 
  Committees to order at 4:45 p.m.                                             
                                                                               
  Senator Halford stated  the purpose of  the meeting was  for                 
  consideration  of  a  proposed  amendment  to  the  original                 
  Committee on Committees report dated  January 11, 1993.  The                 
  amendment  proposes the  following  changes:   Senator Leman                 
  replaces  Senator  Halford  on the  Community  and  Regional                 
  Affairs  Committee; Senator Sharp replaces Senator Pearce on                 
  the  Labor  and  Commerce  Committee;   and  Senator  Little                 
  replaces Senator Kerttula on the Transportation Committee.

  Senator  Taylor moved  the  adoption of  the  March 9,  1993                 
  Committee on Committees report amending the January 11, 1993                 
  report.  Senator  Zharoff objected.   He cited Rule 1(e)  of                 
  the Uniform Rules,  and stated that  the report does not  go                 
  far enough.   However, he  does not object  to the  proposed                 
  changes  in  committee  assignments.   He  then  removed his                 
  objection.  Hearing no  further  objection, Senator  Halford                 
  stated the Committee on Committees report was adopted.                       
                                                                               
  There  being  no   further  business  to  come   before  the                 
  committee, the meeting was adjourned at 4:47 p.m.
