CHAIR CHRIS TUCK called the Legislative Budget and Audit
Committee meeting to order at 12:56 p.m. Representatives
Foster, Spohnholz, Johnston (alternate), and Tuck and Senators
Giessel, Hoffman, and Bishop (via teleconference) were present
at the call to order.

SENATOR BISHOP moved that the Legislative Budget and Audit
Committee go into executive session under Uniform Rule 22(b)(3),
discussion of matters that may, by law, be required to be
confidential. He requested that the following persons remain in
the room or on the phone line: Kris Curtis, Legislative
Auditor; any necessary staff to the legislative auditor; any
legislators not on the committee; and staff to any legislators
on the committee. There being no objection, it was so ordered.

The committee took an at-ease from 1:04 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. for
the purpose of the executive session.

CHAIR TUCK called the Legislative Budget and Audit Committee
back to order at 1:15 p.m. Present at the call back to order
were Representatives Josephson, Foster, Spohnholz, Johnston
(alternate), and Tuck and Senators Giessel, Hoffman, and Bishop
(via teleconference).

SENATOR BISHOP moved and asked unanimous consent that the
Legislative Budget and Audit Committee authorize the legislative
auditor to amend, as needed, the two contracts with Berry, Dunn,
McNeil, & Parker, LLC., related to the audit of Medicaid and
Children's Health Insurance program eligibility that were
authorized at the May 10, 2019, meeting, as long as the contract
amounts do not exceed the contract amounts approved by this
committee on May 10, 2019.

CHAIR TUCK announced that there being no objection, the motion
