^PERS/TRS Funding Executive Session
1:03:46 PM
CHAIR WEYHRAUCH announced that the only order of business was
the Public Employees' Retirement System/Teachers' Retirement
System (PERS/TRS) Funding Executive Session. He explained that
the committee would be discussing a matter which would, under AS
44.62.310(1), "clearly have an adverse effect upon the finances
of the public entity of the State of Alaska" should the meeting
be open to the public.
CHAIR WEYHRAUCH moved to go into executive session. There being
no objection, the committee went into executive session.
[The executive session took place from 1:04:14 PM to 1:36:35
PM.]
