REPRESENTATIVE COGHILL moved that the House Rules Standing
Committee delegate authority to calendar all measures to the
Chair of the House Rules Standing Committee.

requested that there be an explanation.

Chair has the ability to create the daily calendar for the

REPRESENTATIVE BERKOWITZ asked if, in the alternative, it would
mean that the entire committee would need to meet.

available for that purpose.
REPRESENTATIVE HARRIS inquired as to the procedure for the
consultation with the Minority for scheduling of its

CHAIR ROKEBERG related that the relationship between the [House

amicable over the last two years.

that Representative Berkowitz withdrew his objection.
Therefore, the motion carried.
