The House Rules Standing Committee was called to order by
Representative Carl E. Moses at 6:08 p.m. Members present at the
call to order were Representatives Bunde, Vezey, Williams and
Moses.
The first order of business to come before the committee was the
approval of the security contract for Norm Carson.
Number 051
REPRESENTATIVE AL VEZEY moved for the approval of the contract.
REPRESENTATIVE CON BUNDE seconded the motion.
A roll call vote was taken. Representatives Bunde, Vezey, Williams
and Moses were in favor of the motion. So the motion passed.
Number 151
CHAIRMAN CARL E. MOSES announced the next item on the agenda was
the approval of the contract assignment and amendment for Ron
Larson.
REPRESENTATIVE BUNDE moved for the approval of the contract
assignment and amendment for Ron Larson.
REPRESENTATIVE BILL WILLIAMS seconded the motion.
CHAIRMAN MOSES asked if there was discussion.
REPRESENTATIVE VEZEY noted that a second on the motion was not
required.
A roll call vote was taken. Representatives Vezey, Williams, Bunde
and Moses voted in favor of the motion. So the motion passed.
Number 248
CHAIRMAN MOSES announced the last order of business was the
approval of the purchase of computer equipment for Rules inventory.
REPRESENTATIVE WILLIAMS moved for the purchase of computer
equipment.
There being no discussion, a roll call vote was taken.
Representatives Bunde, Vezey, Williams and Moses were in favor of
the motion. So the motion passed.
