the resolution was being sent to the Vice President, instead
of the President.
REPRESENTATIVE ULMER suggested that a technical amendment be
offered on the floor, during the voting.
CHAIRMAN MOSES declared SJR 31 MOVED with INDIVIDUAL
RECOMMENDATIONS.
