CO-CHAIR  HUDSON called  the  House Resources  Standing  Committee                                                              
meeting [which  had been  recessed to  the call  of the  chair] to                                                              
order at  2:48 p.m.   Members present  at the  call to  order were                                                              
Representatives Hudson and Masek.                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
CO-CHAIR  HUDSON apologized  to the  people in  the room who  were                                                              
there to  testify on  SB 273.   He  said he  believes it would  be                                                              
wrong  to listen  to  the testimony  without  the other  committee                                                              
members being  present.  He asked  Pat Carter to let  Senator Drue                                                              
Pearce, sponsor, know that they regret  that SB 273 was not heard.
