REPRESENTATIVE HUGH  FATE, Vice  Chair, called the  House Special                                                               
Committee  on  Oil  and  Gas   meeting  to  order  at  9:05  a.m.                                                               
Following  the  presentation  by  Mr.  Konrad,  the  meeting  was                                                               
recessed at  9:58 a.m.; it was  reconvened at 5:10 p.m.  in order                                                               
to hear from Mr. Schilhab.

Committee members present during  the morning presentation by Mr.                                                               
Konrad  were  Representatives  Fate, Ogan  (via  teleconference),                                                               
Dyson,  and  Chenault.    Members   present  during  the  evening                                                               
presentation  by Mr.  Schilhab  were  Representatives Fate,  Ogan                                                               
(via teleconference), and Chenault.                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
SUMMARY OF INFORMATION                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
KEN KONRAD,  Senior Vice President, Business  Unit Leader, Alaska                                                               
Gas,  BP Exploration  (Alaska) Inc.,  gave a  presentation during                                                               
the morning portion of the  meeting, in response to an invitation                                                               
from the  committee to follow  up on questions submitted  to each                                                               
producer earlier in the session  by Representative Ogan, chair of                                                               
the  House Special  Committee  on Oil  and Gas.    Copies of  his                                                               
written testimony,  as well as  the question/answer  packet, were                                                               
provided.                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
ROBBIE  SCHILHAB,  Manager,  Alaska Gas  Development,  ExxonMobil                                                               
Production  Company,  gave  a  presentation  during  the  evening                                                               
portion of  the meeting,  in response to  an invitation  from the                                                               
committee to  follow up on  questions submitted to  each producer                                                               
earlier  in the  session  by Representative  Ogan,  chair of  the                                                               
House Special  Committee on Oil and  Gas.  Copies of  his written
