CHAIRMAN JIM WHITAKER called the House Special Committee on Oil and
Gas meeting to order at 5:03 p.m. Members present at the call to
order were Representatives Whitaker, Dyson, Ogan, Harris and
Smalley. Representatives Phillips, Kemplen, Brice and Porter were
not present.
HB 170-ALASKA GAS CORPORATION
CHAIRMAN WHITAKER announced that the purpose of this meeting was to
establish subcommittees on the various aspects of HB 170 as
follows:
