  Representatives Whitaker, Porter, Dyson, Harris and Ogan.                                                                     
  Representatives Kemplen, Phillips and Smalley arrived as the                                                                  
  meeting was in progress. [time unspecified]  Representative

  SUMMARY OF INFORMATION                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
  KEN BOYD, Director, Division of Oil and Gas, Department of                                                                    
  Natural Resources, presented the history of development and                                                                   
  current status of Point Thompson.  In addition, Mr. Boyd                                                                      
  answered questions from committee members.
