  REPRESENTATIVE JIM WHITAKER, Chairman, called the House

  SUMMARY OF INFORMATION                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
  BOB MALONE, President, Alyeska Pipeline Service Company,                                                                      
  presented an overview to the committee regarding the                                                                          
  operation, history, costs, and state impact of the Alyeska                                                                    
  Pipeline Service Company.  In addition, Mr. Malone answered                                                                   
  questions from committee members.
