The following minutes are from the committee secretary's
notes.)
CHAIR FOSTER called the meeting of the House Special
Committee on Military & Veterans Affairs to order at 5:01
p.m.
Members present were Representative Kott and Representative
Willis.
HB 504 - SALE OF ALCOHOL IN CLUBS
REPRESENTATIVE KOTT stated that he was in support of this
legislation. He said that these rules were made during war
time, but since this was the 1990's and we were at peace,
this rule shouldn't be necessary.
REPRESENTATIVE WILLIS stated that he agreed with
Representative Kott and moved that the bill pass from
committee with individual recommendations and accompanying
fiscal note.
REPRESENTATIVE FOSTER asked if there was objection to moving
the bill from committee. There being none, the bill was
passed out of committee.
There being no further business, CHAIR FOSTER adjourned the
meeting at 5:02 p.m.
