CONFIRMATION HEARINGS VICE CHAIRMAN HALCRO announced the committee would consider two nominees for the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, one for the Board of Barbers and Hairdressers, and one for the Board of Professional Counselors. They would not vote for the nominees but would pass them out of committee for full consideration of the House and Senate. (Resumes were provided for all appointees.) Number 0047 Alcoholic Beverage Control Board VICE CHAIRMAN HALCRO made a motion to move the nominations of Robert J. Klein and Toni Lee Jackson. There being no objection, the confirmations were advanced. Board of Barbers and Hairdressers VICE CHAIRMAN HALCRO made a motion to move the nomination of Darae Crews. There being no objection, the confirmation was advanced. Board of Professional Counselors VICE CHAIRMAN HALCRO made a motion to move the nomination of Janet McGillivary. There being no objection, the confirmation was advanced. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business before the committee, the House Labor and Commerce Standing Committee was adjourned at 3:35 p.m.
