Representative Rokeberg, Chairman, convened the House Labor and                
Commerce Standing Committee meeting at 11:06 a.m.

Committee members present at the call to order were Representatives            
Rokeberg, Ryan and Sanders.  Representative(s) Cowdery arrived as              
the meeting was in progress.  Other legislators present were

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION                                                         
                                                                               
SHARON YOUNG, State Recorder, State Recorder's Office, Division of             
Support Services, Department of Natural Resources, presented an                
overview of the division and answered the committee's questions.               
                                                                               
NICO BUS, Chief, Financial Services, Central Office, Division of               
Support Services, Department of Natural Resources, answered the                
committee's questions.                                                         
                                                                               
BOB MOTZNIK, Motznik Computer Services, discussed the status of                
contract negotiations with the Division of Support Services and                
answered the committe's questions.
