  CHAIRMAN HUDSON convened the meeting at 3:10 p.m.   Chairman                 
  Hudson explained that this meeting was a chance for the                      
  committee members to voice their opinions as to what they                    
  would like the committee to work on this year.  The meeting                  
  was also an opportunity to look over the bills in committee                  
  held over from last year.                                                    
                                                                               
  CHAIRMAN HUDSON proceeded to go through each of the bills                    
  held in committee and give the committee the status as he                    
  sees it.
