CHAIR  PEGGY WILSON  convened the  meeting of  the House  Health,                                                             
Education  and Social  Services Standing  Committee at  3:03 p.m.                                                               
Representatives Wilson,  Gatto, Seaton, Cissna, and  Kapsner were

CINDY CASHEN,  Executive Director, Mothers Against  Drunk Driving                                                               
(MADD), Juneau  Chapter, gave a presentation  on the organization                                                               
of MADD and its legislative  accomplishments over the years.  She                                                               
spoke about  legislation MADD  would like to  see in  the future.                                                               
Ms. Cashen also answered questions from committee members.
