CALL TO ORDER
REPRESENTATIVE FRED DYSON, Chair, convened the House Health,
Education, and Social Services Standing Committee meeting at
3:05 p.m.
PRESENT
Committee members present were Representatives Dyson, Wilson,
Coghill, Stevens, Kohring, Cissna, and Joule.
SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
MATTHEW ANDERSON, Health Program Manager, Community Health and
Emergency Medical Services, Division of Public Health,
Department of Health and Social Services, presented an overview
of the Code Blue Project.
RUSS WEBB, Deputy Commissioner, Department of Health and Social
Services, gave opening remarks on the Division of Family and
Youth Services
THERESA TANOURY, Director, Division of Family and Youth
Services, Department of Health and Social Services, presented an
overview of Family and Youth Services.
JOANNE GIBBENS, Program Administrator, Division of Family and
Youth Services, Department of Health and Social Services,
presented an overview of Family and Youth Service programs.
