CHAIRMAN FRED DYSON reconvened the House Health, Education and                                                                  
Social Services Standing Committee meeting at 4:41 p.m.

Members present for the report were Representatives Dyson, Coghill,

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION                                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
DARROLL HARGRAVES, Executive Director, Alaska Council of School                                                                 
Administrators, went over the "Alaska Legislation Update" which                                                                 
summarized current House and Senate education bills.  He reported                                                               
the consensus of school superintendent opinions (pro, con or                                                                    
neutral) with comments on each bill.
