Chairman Con Bunde convened the House Health, Education and Social             
Services Standing Committee at 3:05 p.m.

Committee members present at the call to order were Representatives            
Bunde, Dyson and Kemplen.  Representatives Brice and Green arrived             
as the meeting was in progress.                                                
                                                                               
SUMMARY OF INFORMATION                                                         
                                                                               
ROBERT GOTTSTEIN gave a presentation of the "Alaska Public Schools             
Reform Act."                                                                   
                                                                               
TERRY STALMAN discussed his problems with the Division of Family               
and Youth Services concerning visitation.
