Special Committee  on Fisheries at 5:32  p.m.  [The  minutes for

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
HUGO LLORENS,  Consul General of  the United States  of America,                                                                
presented an  overview of  what they  do  at their  consulate in                                                                
Vancouver, British Columbia.  He gave  an overview of the issues                                                                
that are  dealt with  by the  consulate.  The  committee members                                                                
asked questions relating to specific areas of concern.
