There  was  no  official  call   to  order.    The  House  Special                                                              
Committee on Fisheries meeting began at approximately 5:17 p.m.

BARBARA  BELKNAP,  Executive Director,  Alaska  Seafood  Marketing                                                              
Institute  (ASMI) gave an  overview on  ASMI's budget,  structure,                                                              
and current  marketing efforts.   She then responded  to questions                                                              
asked by committee members.
