CALL TO ORDER
Representative Austerman, Chairman, convened the House Special
Committee on Fisheries meeting at 5:04 p.m.
PRESENT
Committee members present at the call to order were Representatives
Austerman, Ivan and Hodgins.
SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
RICK LAUBER, Vice President and Alaska Manager, Pacific Seafood
Processors Association; Chairman, North Pacific Fishery Management
Council; Member, Inter-Governmental Advisory Group to the State
Department on North Pacific Matters; and Lobbyist, gave a review of
the processing industry and the effects of the market on the
industry. He answered questions on his testimony.
COMMITTEE ACTION
The committee took no action.

The meeting was adjourned at 5:55 p.m.
