Energy meeting to order at 3:07 p.m. Present at the call to
order were Representatives Millett, Ramras, Tuck, and Johansen.

CO-CHAIR MILLETT, in order to wait for delivery of the Committee
Substitute (CS) for HB 182, recessed to a call of the chair.

CO-CHAIR MILLETT called the meeting back to order. Present at
the call back to order were Representatives Millett, Tuck,
Ramras, and Johansen.

CO-CHAIR MILLETT announced that the CS is accompanied by a
memorandum from Dennis Bailey, Legislative Legal Counsel,
Legislative Affairs Agency.

REPRESENTATIVE JOHANSEN moved CS for HB 182, version 26-
GH1041\P, Bailey, 4/6/10, as the working document. There being
no objection, the working document was adopted.
