CHAIR MIKE HAWKER called the Legislative Budget and Audit
Committee meeting to order at 11:19 a.m. Representatives
Hawker, Pruitt, Thompson, Olson, and Kito and Senators Giessel
and Stedman were present at the call to order. Senators
MacKinnon, Hoffman, and Bishop arrived as the meeting was in
progress.

CHAIR HAWKER announced that the first order of business would be
to move into Executive Session.
11:20:49 AM
REPRESENTATIVE THOMPSON made a motion for the Legislative Budget
and Audit Committee to move to executive session as provided
under Uniform Rule 22 (b)(1), as the meeting will involve a
discussion of matters that the immediate knowledge of would
adversely affect the finances of the government unit. There
being no objection, the committee went into executive session at
11:21 a.m.

The committee took an at-ease from 11:21 a.m. to 12:28 p.m.

CHAIR HAWKER brought the committee back to order at 12:28 p.m.
He explained that, during the executive session, there had been
discussion for the potential procurement of additional
professional resources to support the Alaska State Legislature's
decision making in the Alaska LNG contract matters. He
announced that, at this time, there was no further business to
conduct.

There being no further business before the committee, the
Legislative Budget and Audit Committee meeting was adjourned at
12:29 p.m.
