 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  HJR 42 am  (WATER CARRIERS SERVING ALASKA)           
 before the committee and directed attention to a proposed Rules               
 SCS.                                                                          
                                                                               
 SENATOR PEARCE moved adoption of SCS HJR 42(RLS).  Hearing no                 
 objection, the motion carried.                                                
                                                                               
 SENATOR PEARCE moved and asked unanimous consent that HJR 42 am be            
 approved for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so ordered.
