 CHAIRMAN MILLER brought  CSHB 169(RES)  (DEPT. NAT RES. IS LEAD               
 AGENCY FOR MINING) back before the committee.  The legislation was            
 originally before the committee on April 11.  However, it received            
 an additional referral to the Finance Committee when it was before            
 the Senate on April 20.  Hearing no discussion, he asked for the              
 pleasure of the committee.                                                    
                                                                               
 SENATOR SHARP moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 169(RES)            
 be approved for calendaring.  Hearing no objection, it was so                 
 ordered.
