REPRESENTATIVE  BRYCE  EDGMON, sponsor  of  HB  210, thanked  the                                                               
committee  for  taking  up  the  bill  yesterday  and  today.  He                                                               
underscored the  importance of  this bill to  people who  live in                                                               
King Cove and Cold Bay.                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
CO-CHAIR WIELECHOWSKI said this is a long overdue bill.
