CHAIR STEDMAN announced the consideration of SB 124. He noted
that the bill had been previously heard on February 1, 2016.

SENATOR STOLTZ, sponsor of SB 124, explained that the bill
extends the termination of the Alaska Commission on Aging eight
years until June 30, 2024.

fiscal note. There being no objection, the motion carried.
