HSTA - 03/14/95 The last thing on the agenda was a request from Representative Pete Kott. He filed HB 164, which would establish December 7, 1995, as Pearl Harbor Day. It was referred to the House Special Committee on Military and Veterans Affairs and State Affairs. The bill was passed out of the Committee on Military and Veterans Affairs, but, because of an oversight, it was not referred to State Affairs. Representative Kott hoped they would waive the bill from the House State Affairs Committee. Chair James asked if there were any objections. REPRESENTATIVE WILLIS moved to waive the bill from the committee. There being no objections, it was so moved.
