HB 126-ORGANIZED MILITIA: WORKERS COMPENSATION 3:42:55 PM CHAIR KITO announced that the next order of business would be HOUSE BILL NO. 126(MLV), "An Act relating to workers' compensation benefits for members of the organized militia." [Before the committee was CSHB 126(MLV).] CHAIR KITO noted public testimony was still open on HB 126. He closed public testimony after ascertaining that no one wished to testify. There being no objection, CSHB 126 (MLV) was reported from the House Labor and Commerce Standing Committee.
