HB 366-MINORS & RESIDENT PSYCH TREATMENT CENTERS 3:27:57 PM VICE CHAIR RUFFRIDGE announced the next order of business would be HOUSE BILL NO. 366, "An Act relating to residential psychiatric treatment centers; and providing for an effective date." 3:28:08 PM REPRESENTATIVE SUMNER moved to report HB 366 out of committee with individual recommendations and the accompanying fiscal notes. There being no objection, HB 366 was reported out of the House Health and Social Services Standing Committee.
