     Professional   Counselors;   and   providing   for   an

PAT   DAVIDSON,  LEGISLATIVE   AUDITOR,  LEGISLATIVE   AUDIT                                                                    
DIVISION,  LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS  AGENCY,  explained that  the                                                                    
agency  has  conducted a  sunset  audit  in accordance  with                                                                    
statute  and recommends  the extension  of  the board  until                                                                    
June 30, 2018.                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Hawker highlighted the fiscal note for $50,900 for                                                                     
operating expenses for receipt-supported services.                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
Vice-Chair Thomas MOVED to report SB 263 out of Committee                                                                       
with individual recommendations and the accompanying fiscal                                                                     
note. There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.

recommendation and with attached previously published
