  REPRESENTATIVE SANDERS MOVED to PASS SJR 31 from committee                   
  with INDIVIDUAL RECOMMENDATIONS.                                             
                                                                               
  REPRESENTATIVE G. PHILLIPS asked for clarification on why                    
  the resolution was being sent to the Vice President, instead                 
  of the President.                                                            
                                                                               
  REPRESENTATIVE ULMER suggested that a technical amendment be                 
  offered on the floor, during the voting.                                     
                                                                               
  CHAIRMAN MOSES declared SJR 31 MOVED with INDIVIDUAL
