be SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO.  10, Encouraging the United States                                                               
Congress  to  award  Hmong  veterans   of  the  Vietnam  War  the

CHAIR  EISCHEID  opened  public  testimony  on  SJR  10.    After                                                               
ascertaining  that there  was no  one who  wished to  testify, he

individual  recommendations and  the  accompanying fiscal  notes.
