CHAIR SHOWER announced the consideration of SENATE JOINT
RESOLUTION NO. 5 Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the
State of Alaska relating to an appropriation limit; and relating
to the budget reserve fund.

CHAIR SHOWER opened public testimony on SJR 5; finding none, he
closed public testimony and reminded the public that written
testimony could be sent to [email protected].
CHAIR SHOWER found no questions or comments from the committee
and solicited a motion to move the bill from committee.

1664\A, from committee with [individual recommendations and
