CHAIRMAN DRUE  PEARCE called the Senate  Rules Committee  meeting to                                                          
order at 11:15 a.m. Present  were Senators Cowdery, Phillips, Ellis,                                                            
and Pearce.                                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR PEARCE announced  that SJR 3-F-22 RAPTOR AIRCRAFT AT ELMENDORF                                                        
AFB was before the committee for calendaring.                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR PHILLIPS so moved.                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
There being  no objection,  CHAIR PEARCE noted  that SJR 3  would be                                                            
calendared.  She announced  that the  Senate  Rules Committee  would                                                            
meet after session the  following day and then adjourned the meeting                                                            
at 11:16 a.m.
