       Relating to long range financial planning.                              
                                                                               
  Representative Mulder MOVED to report HCS CSSCR 23 (STA) out                 
  of Committee  with individual  recommendations and  with the                 
  accompanying fiscal note.  There  being NO OBJECTION, it was                 
  so ordered.                                                                  
                                                                               
  HCS SCR 23 (STA)  was reported out  of Committee with a  "do                 
  pass"  recommendation and  with a  zero fiscal  note by  the                 
  Senate State Affairs Committee, 2/9/96.
