     "An Act making and amending appropriations and                                                                             
     reappropriations; and providing for an effective date."                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Williams noted that the  legislation was the same as                                                                   
previously adopted  by the House Finance Committee.  He noted                                                                   
that  the proposed  committee substitute  would be  available                                                                   
the following day at 10:00 a.m.                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
SB 2006 was heard and HELD in Committee for further                                                                             
consideration.
