       SENATE BILL NO. 309                                                     
                                                                               
       "An Act relating to insurance pooling."                                 
                                                                               
  Co-chairman  Halford   introduced  the   bill  relating   to                 
  insurance  pooling  as requested  by  the Home  Builders and                 
  there was NO OBJECTION.   The bill was subsequently numbered                 
  SB 309 and read across on the Senate Floor.
