     "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of                                                                     
     Social Work Examiners; and providing for an effective

PAT   DAVIDSON,  LEGISLATIVE   AUDITOR,  LEGISLATIVE   AUDIT                                                                    
DIVISION,  LEGISLATIVE AFFAIRS  AGENCY,  explained that  the                                                                    
agency  has  conducted a  sunset  audit  in accordance  with                                                                    
statute  and recommends  the extension  of  the board  until                                                                    
June 30, 2018.                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair  Hawker  queried  the  fiscal  note.  Ms.  Davidson                                                                    
replied that the fiscal note was appropriate.                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
Vice-Chair Thomas  MOVED to report  SB 262 out  of Committee                                                                    
with individual recommendations  and the accompanying fiscal                                                                    
note. There being NO OBJECTION, it was so ordered.
