CHAIR FRENCH announced the consideration  of SB 246. It was heard                                                               
previously.  The  bill increases  the  number  of superior  court                                                               
judges by  one to serve  in the third judicial  district. Finding

SENATOR WILECHOWSKI  moved to report  SB 246 from  committee with                                                               
individual  recommendations  and  attached  fiscal  notes.  There                                                               
being  no  objection, SB  246  moved  from the  Senate  Judiciary
