     SENATE BILL NO. 243                                                                                                        
     "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of

This was  the second  hearing for  this bill in  the Senate  Finance                                                            
Committee.                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Co-Chair Donley  offered a motion to report the bill  from Committee

There  being  no objections,  CS  SB  243 (FIN)  was  REPORTED  from                                                            
Committee with  a previous fiscal  note, dated January 30,  2002, in                                                            
the amount of $44,200 from  the Department of Community and Economic                                                            
Development.
