         SB 239-STATE EMPLOYEES CALLED TO MILITARY DUTY                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN THERRIAULT announced there  were no outstanding questions                                                              
from committee members  and there were no requests  for amendments                                                              
from any agencies.                                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
He then  asked committee  members whether  they had any  questions                                                              
and they did not. He asked for the will of the committee.                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR  PHILLIPS  moved SB  239  and  attached fiscal  note  from                                                              
committee with individual recommendations.                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, SB 239 moved from committee.
