SENATOR JESSE BJORKMAN, SPONSOR, introduced the
legislation.
Senator Kiehl wondered whether the audit vote requirements
were considered in the bill.
Senator Bjorkman replied that he considered that provision,
and understood the recommendation. He felt that it should
be a policy call in other legislation.
