 CHAIRMAN GREEN called the Senate Health, Education and Social                 
 Services (HESS) Committee to order at 9:05 a.m. and introduced                
  SB 225  as the first order of business before the committee.                 
 Chairman Green informed the committee that she had talked with                
 groups interested in working on that legislation over the interim.            
 Therefore, SB 225 was held.
