CHAIR EGAN announced consideration of SB 224 and that the Senate
Labor and Commerce Committee was the sponsor.
JOHN PTACIN, Attorney, Civil Division, Labor and State Affairs
Section, Department of Law, said he had signed up to testify on
SB 224, but he could do that now or at the next committee of
referral.
CHAIR EGAN said he could talk to the attorneys on Senate
Judiciary, the next committee of referral.
MR. PTACIN responded that would be fine.
SENATOR PASKVAN moved to report SB 224 from committee with
individual recommendations and attached fiscal note. There were
no objections, and it was so ordered.
