 CHAIRMAN RIEGER called the Senate Health, Education and Social                
 Services (HESS) Committee to order at 1:35 p.m.  He introduced  SB
 221 (ARREST OF MINORS FOR CONSUMING ALCOHOL) as the only order of             
 business.                                                                     
                                                                               
 SENATOR ELLIS stated that he had met with the Department of Law and           
 they answered all his questions.                                              
                                                                               
 SENATOR SHARP moved that SB 221 be passed out of committee with               
 zero fiscal notes and individual recommendations.  There being no             
 objections, it was so ordered.                                                
                                                                               
 There being no further business before the committee, Chairman                
 Rieger adjourned the committee at 1:37 p.m.
